Suspension of Classes for tomorrow, July 28 at Rosario Cavite

The visit of tropical storm Juaning leaving some areas flooded until this time.  Mayor Ricafrente from Rosario, Cavite declared suspension of classes until tomorrow, July 28.  More updates will be posted.
