Gmail New Look

If you have not yet tried, Gmail is embarking on series of interface to all users.  As part of their constant appending of countless features inside Gmail, they had boosted on interface, which is more considered to become more complex and cluttered.  This is also been part of the Google-wide effort in bringing more flexible and effortless user experiences across all of Google products.

The upgrades are still on-going over the coming few months, that is to give plenty of time to incorporate customers' feedbacks into the design.  As an introduction to that, they are outsetting with new themes for us to try, and also as a sort of sneak preview.  As of now, two are available, "Preview" and "Preview (Dense)" themes that could be tried by going to Theme tab in Gmail Settings.  As noted, the said new interface will accommodate different screen sizes and preferences.  At the end of the day, its up to us to pick which we prefer.

Below sample preview or how it looks like with the new themes:

You might experience a much cleaner & modern look, although some features may feel unusual.  We are all expecting fixes on these issues as the month roll-on while more and more features and updates be experienced.
