I don't know where to send my comments. I hope anyone who knew it, please send this message and to spread it to all radio stations. This is for the good to all our kababayan and will not occur in the future. And here's my message: I hope the management would check and clarify about the incident happened last April 11, 2015 @ 2pm from south terminal bus,Cebu City...going to Liloan port. Plate number is 044809 and name as Ceres Tours 801.We decided to take this bus because they informed us that it's a non-stop bus and will go directly to liloan port. We were also surprised that the fare is Php243 each passenger. Though we accepted it as long as it is a non-stop bus which will only take shorter time. However, they stop three times. First stop is to pick-up cargoes...second, they pick-up few passengers and lastly, they even pick-up around ten (10) passengers. All of us were so disappointed as we paid Php243 instead of Php175 because thinking that it's a non-stop bus. I hope that the management of Ceres Liner can check it seriously because this is not good for your company as we see it that the driver and conductor have no respect to the filipinos but rather selfishly earning money unfairly and dishonesty. One more thing is that all those passengers who were pick-up are standing which is also a violation. I'm going to spread this bad news to all radio stations if there's no action taken by the Company ASAP.
