Suspended Classes and Works Due to Rain and Flood

While classes were canceled from pre-school to high school in Metro Manila and also near provinces early this day, college and universities were also been suspended by noon.  Same also in government offices and establishments where employees were advised to go home starting by 1PM, as ordered by Malacañang.  It is due to lots of streets were been flooded including Tinajeros, Catmon and Panghulo of Malabon.  The long street of M.H. del Pilar in Valenzuela were also been flooded.
